The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, inverter microwave, dishwasher, pantry, oven and Breville nespresso coffee machine. There is a large Samsung smart TV (netflix enabled), Stereo sound dock and Wifi with unlimited data plus a selection of games and DVDs. Need a work station while you are away? There is a handy desk area and stool with a monitor and keyboard to connect your laptop to and work away.
The Pot belly fireplace warms the house in winter while the summer cross breezes efficiently cool in the hotter months. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area. Full laundry facilities are at hand with a washing machine and separate dryer or theres a clothes line out back for wet bathers and beach towels.
Its a short walk to the main street cafes, shops and restaurants. Woolworths for fresh groceries is a stones throw away.
Sidney Laine is electronically gated with good security yet easy keypad access. The carport area is suited to 2 cars. To cap it all off, this wonderful holiday home caters for guests in wheelchairs to all ground level parts of the home, inside and out. There is also a fully adjustable medical grade bed (single) in the third bedroom complete with side rails and remote control operation.
