We will photograph your home and write descriptions highlighting the best features for our website and gateway websites.
Handle all guest enquiries and maintenance issues
We respond to booking enquiries and maintenance issues from early in the morning until 10pm at night, sometimes later, 7 days a week. We are renowned for our friendly and professional management style.
Screen potential guests
The collection of a bond for every booking ensures a large majority of guests behave and if they don’t, we swiftly respond to safeguard your asset. Multiple emails prior to arriving usually determine if any foul play is likely to occur and steps are taken to prevent it if possible. Parties and events are prohibited on our properties. Extreme vetting of guests occurs around school leavers time.
You will receive a Monthly Statement detailing the previous month’s bookings with clear and transparent account of your income, expenses, taxes and our commission. We will provide a yearly summary for tax purposes. Earnings are paid by bank transfer at the start of the following month.
