You have direct access to river walk trails that lead you into the township and beyond through a gate at the bottom of the garden. The stunning deck area is a perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy a local wine in the afternoon, whilst taking in the natural beauty from the balcony, overlooking the river and watching the sun set over the treetops. There is a beautiful natural swimming hole only metres from your door. The home offers every creature comfort including a full gourmet kitchen with river views, ample bench space, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, quality glassware and crockery, a Smart television with access to Netflix, Free broadband WIFI, Electric roller blinds, ceiling fan as well as air conditioning in main living. There is a cosy pot belly fireplace for those cold wintery nights, 2 generous sofas and dining table seating for 8. The main King bedroom suite has an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and full size bath and links the two other bedrooms, each with a queen bed that can be split into singles if needs be. The mezzanine level has its own private balcony with river views and can sleep two people in two single beds. Please note; A separate 2 person studio called Aroha is joined to the house by a 5m long corridor with no common walls or access. No leavers bookings please.

Highly recommend this place, the photos don't do it justice. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival the amenities were perfect. The location is stunning with amazing views of the river, really enjoyed morning and afternoon walks around the area. There are also some parrots living in the near by trees which loved getting fed in the morning, they would hop on the table and try sus our plate of food out too! If your looking for relaxing place to get away that is relaxing and tranquil then I highly recommend this place! Perfect getaway.'

'A beautifully setup space, with modern fixtures and fittings making for a luxurious stay. The location is perfect, surrounded by natural bush and bird life, the river right on the door step and town only a couple of minutes away. Would definitely recommend.'

LOVED THE NATURE, HIKES, GARDEN AND DECK. A WONDERFUL RESTFUL THREE DAYS THE OUTDOOR SPACE IS WONDERFUL - EASY ACCESS TO WALKING PATHS, LOVELY GARDEN, WATER CLOSE BY. OVERALL A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY MANAGERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SO ACCOMMODATING.

Fabulous Place Comfortable, spacious. Lived up to its name "Abundance". Garden and river setting were wonderful. Thoroughly recommended, we would stay here again.

This was along weekend away with 6 friends with good accessibility to the centre of town and lovely views of the river and bush. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. we had a lovely time.

“What a gorgeous place. The pictures are very good but you can’t absorb the ambiance without being there. It’s situated on the Margaret River so walking paths abound. As do birds. We became very friendly with the local parrots. Inside, the kitchen is as well appointed as any Airbnb I’ve rented. And the owners are most generous in terms of sharing the pantry, an issue with my Airbnbs where, if you’re lucky, there will be salt and pepper. We needed oyster sauce — and it was there!? The layout is superb for cooking, eating, and relaxing. Our family of six — two couples and two kids all had the privacy and community we were looking for. I’d give six stars if I could to the property managers Steve and Tina. We’ve never met face-to-face but have rented through them twice now. I’d do it again and again.”

Steve and Tine were super responsive and accommodating hosts from the moment we first communicated till the period that we were staying at their lovely place. The place was big and well furnished. Very well equipped and in a fantastic location. It was so close to nature yet only a short drive or 15 min walk to the town Centre. My daughter loved playing with the birds that stopped by, and the ducks that swam by the water nearby.

Great spot for anyone looking to stay in Margaret River that's close enough to town but still feels secluded. Fantastic view of the river, and within walking distance. Beds are super comfy, and the well stocked wood fire proved valuable on a cold & rainy weekend. Responses were quick with any query we had. My friends and I would definitely stay again!

The house is situated right on the river. Picturesque area where you can go for a walk. The house itself it’s great and the hosts are very helpful. I strongly recommend staying here, we had amazing time ! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Excellent holiday accommodation. Very clean, spacious and family-friendly holiday home. Beautiful views of the river and the surrounding vegetation. Close proximity to the town centre with so many good restaurants to choose from. The kids loved it and will definitely be back to stay again on our next holiday in Margaret River!

Spent 12 days in this wonderful house overlooking the river. The space is great for 3 young kids to run around. We enjoyed the close proximity to town center and the nice jogging trail in the woods. It's a good 5km run! The house itself is tastefully decorated and kept in tip top condition. Everything works. I wouldn't be surprised if I find myself renting this place again in the future.
