– What is the bedding configuration?
Bedroom 1 features a king bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed; and Bedroom 4 includes two bunk beds (Single/bottom, Single/top). We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
– What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
– How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
– Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
– Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot can be provided upon request for a small fee, and a highchair is available free of charge.

Bedroom 1 is located on the second floor, while Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are located on the ground floor.

The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility, as the second living area, kitchen, dining table, and Bedroom 1 are located on the second floor and are accessible only by stairs.

Beautiful place to stay! Highly recommended for big family with kids. We truly love and enjoyed our stay. Truly feels at home and children are well entertained with books and toys. The whole house is so well-decorated and we love how the host provided us with thorough instructions and even recommended things to do! Thank you for accommodating to our requests. Definitely will make a comeback!

Had a fantastic stay at the Surfnook.<br/>We’ve stayed in Gracetown many times. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed. <br/>Just around the corner from the store, close to the beach & moments away from multiple surf locations.<br/>The house and grounds are immaculate and so convenient. <br/>Had absolutely everything we needed.<br/>The team at House Down South were extremely accommodating and highly responsive.<br/>Will definitely stay here again next time we’re down!

Perfect location! Perfect house! Perfect experience! This home would work for anyone trying to find a little escape – family’s, friends or couples. Very clean and relaxing. Had all this things to have fun but all the space to spread out and relax. Enjoyed a coffee with a view and played board games with a sun set. Couldn’t have ask for more!

Exceeded expectations on every level. Beautiful house with gorgeous interiors. The kitchen was so well equipped we could have moved in permanently! Walking distance to Gracie’s General store (best coffee DS) and Gracetown beach. Honestly could not fault a thing and we are excited to return.
