The home itself sleeps 6 comfortably with a downstairs Queen bedroom and the third bedroom that offers 2 single beds and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom is on the mezzanine level accessed via a beautifully designed spiral staircase. It has a luxurious private area with a Queen bed and ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, inverter microwave, dishwasher, pantry, oven and Breville Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large Samsung smart TV (Netflix enabled), Stereo sound dock and Wi-Fi with unlimited data plus a selection of games and DVDs. Need a workstation while you are away? There is a handy desk area and stool with a monitor and keyboard to connect your laptop to and work away.
The Pot belly fireplace warms the house in winter while the summer cross breezes efficiently cool in the hotter months. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area. Full laundry facilities are at hand with a washing machine and separate dryer or there’s a clothesline out back for wet bathers and beach towels.
It’s a short walk to the main street cafes, shops and restaurants. Woolworths for fresh groceries is a stone’s throw away.
