Built in classic Margaret River style, the property features mud brick and jarrah construction that perfectly complements its rustic bush setting. With 4 spacious bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates families or groups. There’s a king-sized main bedroom, two queen-sized rooms, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds.
The home includes 3 bathrooms, a laundry, and two TVs for added convenience. The large, open-plan kitchen and dining area is equipped with modern appliances and flows seamlessly into the wide, wraparound verandah – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the evening wildlife show. Expect to see possums, kangaroos, skinks, and a wide variety of birds all around the property, adding to the authentic Kookaburra Retreat experience.
Outdoor living is a highlight, with summer BBQs overlooking a shady yard, creek, and dam. In winter, gather around the large open fireplace (wood provided) for cozy nights in. The fully fenced garden offers peace of mind for families with young children or pets.
