Bedroom 1 (ground floor) with king bed, ensuite & outdoor shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 (upstairs) with two single beds each (can be joined into a king). We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.

We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash (brand varies), toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
– How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
– Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.

This has got to be one of the best places on Airbnb! <br/>We had a wonderful 2 night stay but wish it had been for longer. Beautiful place, great location 5mins to the high street, coffee shops, supermarket bakeries etc. but still quiet enough to feel private and relaxed.<br/>Ample parking space in a huge garage (we had an 8 seater fit inside), spacious unit with great up and down living rooms, great amenities, beautiful interiors, comfy beds. It really had everything we needed. Even a basket of toys for the little ones which was very popular!<br/>Hosts very responsive, clear instructions provided for check in/out, some very thoughtful touches provided.<br/>We cannot recommend this place highly enough and are already planning our return next year – it was worth every cent. Thanks for having us!

Loved the location and beautiful house in pristine condition. The house had everything we needed and so close to bush walking, fantastic restaurants and shops. Loved the teas and little welcome gifts – thank you! Only drawback- master bedroom wall a little thin so we were able to hear the neighbours conversations late at night. This was the perfect stay for 3 girlfriends travelling throughout Margaret River. Perfect location for walking into the main street, where there are many restaurants, bars and stores. Communication was prompt and thorough. <br/>It was spacious, perfect location, clean and quiet.

It was a really pleasant stay at Jacaranda Lane! The house was nicely furnished and gave a warm and cozy feel. We appreciated the owner’s attention to detail by providing toiletries (incl cotton buds and hair ties), cooking condiments, washing detergent and sponge among many others… I wished I could stay on forever!

Spacious, modern, well-appointed and looked just like in the photographs. The private garage (internally linked to the unit) was convenient. The property was also located within walking distance of the town, which made exploring the town a breeze.

The descriptions didn't do this place justice. Ground floor big master bed with ensuite, comfortable lounge / dining room with well equipped kitchen, laundry with 2nd toilet. Upstairs 2 big double bedrooms, bathroom and large lounge / study area. Outside seating and barbeque. Double garage with remote roller door and bikes!! All this within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Shower over bath upstairs, shower water pressure unpredictable. Council rubbish bins not there.

Amazing place in Margaret River! I compared so many accommodations and finally choose here for our family trip. Everything is wonderful, you can find the good taste of the owner though the decoration of the house as well as all facilities preparation, and all the small things are thoughtful. The area is very cozy and safe, there is a small garden which we can have breakfast, we also took some time with family in the lounge. Before we came, I asked some advice for restaurant and bakery nearby cause we plan to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and we had a good time staying at the cafe the owner suggested. Everything is so perfect, and can’t wait to visit Margaret River again and stay here (if available that time, they are so popular!)

Impressed with the cleanliness and all the high end added extras. Quality Comfortable beds and the house was a good lay out with privacy. The lane behind is a service lane so there is a bit of delivery traffic from 7:30 onwards but it didn’t concern us too much.

A very well appointed and provisioned town house in an excellent location with secure parking and all the amenities you could ask for plus a few extras. The Aesop bath gel, hand wash, and hand balm was a nice touch. Beautifully decorated, it had that home away from home feel. Absolutely nothing.

Place is clean and cozy. The rooms are separated (2 rooms on the 2nd floor and the ensuite room is on the 1st floor). Very convenient, walking distance to the nearest Supermarket and the rest of the town center.

The house was lovely for my family of 3. Location was good, place was clean and definitely spacious for us. <br/>It was well appointed, and there were bicycles n surfboards if u wanted to use them. <br/>There was heating in the main living and upstairs family room, which was great. <br/>The 2 bedrooms were a tad cold, but there were portable heaters available. <br/>Pleased with the accommodation.

Location. Close to grocery, restaurants and shops. The layout of the home, two tv rooms, a lovely backyard setting and seating area. The kitchen was modern, fully equipped. The bath and kitchen products provided were top line. It was an absolute pleasure to be greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolate, full ice cube trays and a Nespresso Machine with coffee pods. Communication was wonderful and the hosts were very accommodating. With our special request. Nothing. It was lovely.
