We had a great winter getaway with our two kids, ourselves and my parents. Really enjoyed how close it was to some great wineries and walks. Lovely, comfortable house with all the amenities we needed. A very beautiful and well tendered native garden, which I was pleasantly surprised by!

The team were wonderful in their communication about our stay. They even assisted us with recommendations for lunch venues.<br/>The home was clean, homely, with sufficient blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glasses & kitchenware <br/>The tranquil view over looking the beautiful dam & gardens was so beautiful and we loved the birdlife<br/>Thank you for such a wonderful stay

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was convenient and the accommodation had the essentials we needed for our visit.<br/>There were a few areas that could be improved, particularly the cleanliness, which was not quite up to the standard we expected. We also found that the heater was not working when we arrived. However, the host was responsive and arranged for a replacement heater to be delivered the following day, which we appreciated.<br/>While there were a few shortcomings, the host made an effort to address the issues promptly, and we were able to enjoy our stay overall.

We loved our stay at Hartzell One Seven. Beautiful location, quiet and stunning surrounds. A lot of care has been taken to make the property feel isolated despite neighbours being not too far away. Gardens are stunning with lots of bird life and places to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house was clean, well presented, cosy and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Young family, very tricky to find the right set up. There is a lake out the back (so maybe not appropriate for really small humans) but it was really clean, quiet, and beautiful. Thanks for having us. We will be back.

The House Down South was definitley a beautiful atmosphere surrounded by so many beautiful trees and having a backyard that has a little lake was very relaxing. The house itself was easy to get into, very clean had a lot of utensils for the kitchen!<br/>Definitely recommend this beautiful especially if you’re wanting to be away from town but do expect the Wi-Fi to not be super strong

We had an amazing weekend at this great house. <br/>It's a perfect size, we were only three plus a baby but it would fit six adults easily. We had one bathroom each which was a real treat. Great kitchen, plenty of room in the dining/living, lots of spots outdoors for relaxing. Everything was super clean and fresh. It's clear the owners use the house as a weekender, the kitchen has all the things, and the design is really well thought out. <br/>The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the northern part of Margaret River. Close to good wineries and lots of spectacular beaches. We loved it.

Great stay for our family! The house was very spacious with plenty of room for 6 people. It was spotless on arrival with all rooms fitted with very comfortable beds. The surroundings were very peaceful and it was nice being by the pond. Most importantly, very close to lots of wineries and great access to the Margaret River region. Would definitely recommend, thanks for having us :)

Photos dont do this place justice was very beautiful and well setup. Beautiful location and very peaceful. Only 2 things needed to make it perfect, blockout curtains as sun comes up about 4.30 and either ceiling or floor fans as air was very still. But was extremely impressed and would come back again anytime.

Perfect for a group stay

Spacious, clean, quiet, and with excellent attention to detail. This is a home that is able to be lived in straight away with basic kitchen staples, all the appliances you need, and super soft bedding. Excellent location off the main road, but super central within the Margaret River region.

The perfect location…..<br/>We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom chalet. The space was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere throughout. Set in a stunning vineyard overlooking a tranquil lake…..it was the perfect setting for us to unwind and enjoy some family time together! <br/>Even with the rain, the house was warm and cosy. The sound of so many birds singing in the gardens when the sun came out made it feel so calming and relaxing.<br/>The location is fantastic—secluded enough with established gardens to feel private and peaceful, and close to everything you need, including stunning wineries and local attractions. <br/>The deep soaking bathtub was lovely, and the thoughtful extras like games/ board games kept our teenagers highly entertained. This chalet is perfect for families or a gorgeous girls’ getaway. Highly recommend and would love to return!
