– What is the bedding configuration?
One bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a full bunk bed. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests. Pool towels not provided.
– What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
– How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
– Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
– Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot/highchair available upon request for a small fee.
– Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. It is only allowed in outdoor areas within the complex.
– Parking details?
Onsite secure parking is available to guests.
– Where are the bedrooms located?
All bedrooms are situated on the second floor
– What bathroom facilities are available in the property?
The property has two bathrooms: Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite bathroom, and Bathroom 2 is shared. Both feature a shower and toilet, with 24/7 hot water available.

The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility, as the bedrooms are located on the second floor and require the use of stairs.

Great location in the centre of town so it's easy to go out for a drink in the evenings. It was really great to be so close to everything particularly when it was rainy. The house withstood the storm of the decade with no problems or leaks! We loved that it had a dishwasher. Great place, would recommend.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Spotlessly clean. It really was right in centre of Margaret River, an easy walk to everywhere! Having the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus. Stunning beaches just a 15 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again! Absolutely nothing! It was perfect!

Its our third time staying at the Margarets in Town complex and won't be our last
We enjoyed the large living and dining areas and the courtyard bbq area was also private and a lovely size. Great location just across the road from the main street of Margaret River

Fantastic location, clean home that is well built. Other homes in Margs have thing walls which allow noise from neighbours. This is a solid build that is quiet yet close to the town

Location / facilities / size of the villa Someone previous to us (or for another reason??) has set a timer on the TV to turn on at approx 5am – with the sound loud! This woke us up both mornings – the first morning I thought one of us had turned it on, but this wasn't the case. The second morning I turned it off at 5am, and then again at 5:15 (where I turned it off at the wall….)

Spacious and well equipped – highly recommend
Host was very responsive and helpful. Lots of space, indoors and outdoors and plenty of dishes, cutlery and towels for the number of people in the house. Super location. Highly recommend En-suite toilet slow to refill and hot water slow to come through in shower. Otherwise all was great

Excellent location, in the heart of town and opposite IGA.. 3 bedrooms with 3 toilets and 2 baths… (1 ensuite, 1 common bath and toilet upstairs and a toilet downstairs). Aircon with reverse cycle both downstairs and the upstair rooms. Fully carpeted. Near to River walk trails..Will definitely stay there again next time. Excellent hosts. Thank you. Nothing.
