– What is the bedding configuration?
One bedroom with a queen bed, one with two single beds. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests. Pool towels not provided.
– What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
– How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
– Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
– Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot/highchair available upon request for a small fee.
– Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.

Our family of 4 had the best few days away in Margaret River. The house was gorgeous, the kids loved the heated pool and we loved the sauna! Such a special treat to stay here and celebrate my birthday. Didn’t explore much of Margaret River as we tried to make the most of being in the house and using the awesome facilities. It was super cosy in the evening time with the fire, just perfect for the cold and wet winter nights. We can’t wait to go back

Amazing layout , great for a family with smaller children. The heated pool is very helpful to keep the kids happy.Great location, very private and well stocked cabin. Could have been more bathroom towels for a longer stay but apart from that everything was perfect.

Great little Cabin and so convenient to be able to walk around the main townsite of Margaret River, without getting in the car. Pictures are just like what you get and loved the sauna and hot-tub pool.

Beautiful home surrounded by a well maintained and peaceful garden. The home was easy walking distance from the local pubs and shops. The house was very clean and beautifully presented. Great amenities that made our stay very easy. We loved using the spa, sauna and outdoor bath. We will recommended this Margs house to other couples looking for a beautiful weekend getaway

We had a brilliant stay. The outdoor area in particular is very special – firepit, birds, bandicoots, BBQ, plunge pool and even a little sauna. Would recommend Drift Cafe for coffee and El Toro Mexican restaurant. Both easy walking distance and top quality.

Absolutely loved staying here, only wish we could have stayed for longer! We brought our family from the UK to visit Margaret river and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, 5 minutes walk down to the town yet so calm and peaceful. Really relaxing and would definitely love to come back!

We had such a perfect stay! The location is unbeatable — so close to everything that we didn’t need to drive at all. The space itself was super clean, fresh and beautifully bright, which made it feel instantly relaxing.<br/>The pool area was gorgeous and the outdoor bath was such a unique luxury touch. We had such a wonderful time at the House Down South. <br/>We arrived in Margaret River earlier than expected on the day of our check in. I contacted the team and they very kindly checked if the property had been cleaned. They called back within minutes and we were able to check in! <br/>We spent the afternoon in our own little oasis. Although we were only streets away from the main shops we felt like were miles away from anything. <br/>The house was super clean and had all the things we needed for our 2 night stay. <br/>If you sensitive to the light in the morning I suggest you pack an eye mask. There were no blinds on the upper windows. <br/>Thank you for a beautiful escape.

This is one of the best set up airbnbs we've ever stayed at! All the amenities you could want, as well as all the little things we didn't think of, or forgot about! We were so happy to see that in addition to the regular pots, pans, plates etc, we had an airfryer which made cooking dinner so much easier. And of course a little bluetooth speaker, which is something we always forget! <br/>The location is beautiful, check in instructions and house info were all easy to access in the guide and the house was even ready a little earlier than expected which fit in so well with our plans. <br/>All in all, this is a fantastic value stay with everything you could need and more!

Wow! The property and amenities were beyond our expectations. Modern, tasteful, and just a delight. My wife and I and 2 adult daughters stayed for 3 days and we enjoyed all the facilities. The sauna was real a treat, as well as the heated pool. The Margaret River township is just a short walk away as well.Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable, new and walking distance to town. The plunge pool heating was not working but that didn’t trouble us at all. We had a sauna, outside hot bath and delightful plunge pool.

Beautiful cabin in a great location. A short walk away to the main street so food options were plentiful. The place was also well stocked with cooking essentials. Our kids loved the heated pool and fire pit. Will definitely be back!

Cabin 21 was great!<br/>The house was immaculate, and very nicely done. Looked exactly like the pictures, a really beautiful house. Cabin 21 is in a really good location, lots of cafes shops and resturants within a 5 min walk. My family loved staying here, and made use of the amenities. The pool is amazing, it was hot the whole time despite being a pretty cold august weekend. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any couples or small families for a stay.

Our first trip to Margaret River and we loved our stay at Cabin 21. <br/>Pre arrival communication was excellent and included recommendations of things to do & restaurants etc so we were able to organise in advance.<br/>The cabin itself is beautiful and ideal for a small family or couples.<br/>The outside amenities are perfect and beautifully maintained.<br/>The location is approximately 5 minutes walk to the high street which included beautiful restaurants and cafes plus supermarkets for all essentials.<br/>We’re hoping to return when the weather warms up so we can enjoy the cabin again.<br/>Thanks for such a lovely stay :)

The heated pool and sauna made the trip incredible, despite it raining the whole duration of our stay. The couch was super comfortable (great for reading), and we were walking distance to the main shopping strip. Amazing stay! We will be back :)

Thank you for having us at your beautiful property, the house had such a great energy, the decor is just gorgeous!!<br/>We loved that the outdoor fire was already stoned ready to light and enjoyed using the warm spa and sauna.<br/>The beds were some of the best we have ever slept in & the property is in a nice little spot close to the coffee shops but also can walk and do some of the lovely bush walks.<br/>We thoroughly enjoyed this for a ladies weekend to recharge!!

This place is simply amazing. The sitting outdoor spaces, the heated pool, BBQ area, dedicated laundry sauna shed, outdoor bathtub took our breaths away at first glance. <br/>We enjoyed our time here using the branded high quality pots & pans, electrical appliances and took turns falling asleep on the cozy sofa. <br/>It was our dreamy and restful resort for 3 nights and we would highly recommend this cabin.
