– What is the bedding configuration?
Bedroom 1 with a king bed and bedrooms 2, 3, & 4 with two single beds each. Single beds can be pushed together to form king beds if preferred. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
– What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid
– How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
– Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes — pets are allowed.
– Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot and highchair are available upon request, free of charge.
– Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.

Loved the house and overall feel and location. It was a nice touch with nice bottle of red wine on arrival, some ground coffee, firewood etc. My only gripe are the beds are too hard and the sheets were too crispy and rough.Would definitely stay again, overall was a really enjoyable stay. Thank you

We love staying at Banyandah, have stay a number of times and it never disappoints. Great yard for our fur baby, great walking tracks and beautiful, homely interior with magnificent fireplace. A wonderful way to laze away a couple of days in winter. Perfect!

So happy with our stay. Such a beautiful well equipped property to enjoy meals by the fire place and relax in the surrounds of the river and trees.The only thing I would suggest is a few more spare towels in winter – the pet door leaked water when it was raining and maybe some more internal door mats for wet feet.Also the opaque doors were a challenge with lighting coming into the room from the living room/kitchen. Minor work arounds. The kids play area outside was so great and there’s a cool playground not too far away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

This is a stunning home with a lovely warm and cosy vibe. Great for a family or group bookings and pet friendly too. It was pretty chilly while there so the inside fire was awesome, and it also had electric wall heaters if we didn’t want to get the fire going. Place was beautiful and clean with a big open kitchen and large lounge area. This place is set right near the river and bushland so perfect for a relaxing walk or just chilling outside and only a short drive to main centre for cafes and shops. Would def recommend this place.

I loved the house. Everything was exceptional! The house is so charming, cozy and well equipped to make us feel like home. Outside area is spacious and perfect for kids and the fact that the house is pet friendly was everything we were looking for. I will definitely come back one day. I don't have a downside at all

We had such a beautiful stay at this home near Margaret River. It’s perfectly tucked away in the bush, giving you that peaceful, private feel, yet somehow still just minutes from the main strip — the best of both worlds.<br/>The indoor fireplace was an absolute highlight — warm, cozy, and made the whole place feel extra special. We brought our poodle along and couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The front and backyard are fully secure, so we could relax knowing there was no chance of any escape adventures.<br/>The whole space felt incredibly homey and welcoming. If you’re after a quiet retreat that’s still super convenient to everything, this place is a gem. Would absolutely recommend.

The well equipped home had everything you need for a large family stay and was close to both town and nature. We appreciated the baby cot and high chair being available. The enclosed back yard was perfect for our fur baby. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would definitely book again.

Exactly like the pictures plus an additional playground that wasn't pictured which was a fun surpise for my son. Frequent kookaburra visits which was lovely. <br/>Beautiful location. Flexible check in and check out. Clean and comfortable. I was offered a baby portacot, high chair and pedestal fans for each room, all provided free of charge. Great choice for family's with kids of all ages. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our time at Banyandah. This accommodation is spacious and comfortable even with a full house. Great amenities for children and a well serviced kitchen and verandah. The house is within 30 min walking distance of thr Margaret River main street. Bonus for being dog friendly. Highly recommended.

A beautiful house in a peaceful setting, close enough to walk into town. Was perfect for a family getaway, gorgeous bushwalks into town right at your back door. Super comfy beds, fantastic kitchen and so accommodating being able to bring the family dog along also. Cant wait to come back.

This was our second time staying at Banyandah and it is by far our favourite dog friendly accommodation. The home has a beautiful indoor fireplace and a fully fenced wrap around backyard, perfect for our dog to explore safely. The home is only a few minutes from the main strip and beautiful walking trails. We look forward to our next stay at Banyandah.

Stayed with 6 people and it fit us comfortably. the house is beautiful and cozy, loved the fireplace and appreciated it being stocked with firewood. the kitchen was also lovely. The river is just across the road and makes for a nice easy walk through the bush. This was a beautiful house and I'd definitely recommend it to others and would like to return myself.

This is a beautiful home and made our weekend very comfortable. The wood fire was amazing and wood was supplied. Very close to amenities.<br/>We took our dog with us and the area was fully fenced so we didn’t have to worry about her safety.<br/>The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment you would need. The lovely bottle of Stella Bella wine was a nice touch. This was enjoyed by all.<br/>I would fully recommend this home if you are making a trip to Margaret River. We’ll be back. Thank you.

50th birthday.
Our party was made up of 5 adults and one dog. We wanted somewhere special to celebrate a significant birthday and found Banyandah. I was impressed with the downloadable guide before we had even left home, which had instructions for looking after the house, and attractions available.We found the house easily, being near the centre of town but quite tucked away. It is a lovely property with plenty of room for everyone.The house was cool inside, and clean. There were heaters if needed. The kitchen had everything and more. The beds were comfortable.It is the ideal place to chill or be energetic and go on the river walks just across the road. First thing in the morning we enjoyed our first cuppa in the back garden watching all the birds coming to sit on the fence or trees.There was lots of garden for the dog to run around and it was well fenced. As a bonus she made friends with the dog across the road.

Our family and dachshunds thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Banyandah. The location is quiet, although still within the suburb of Margs, it’s located on the edge of the forest which adds the ambience of bird life and a decent walking trail through the trees. The home is equiped with all you need and more and has fantastic isolated gardens in the front and back of the property. Would highly recommended Banyandah to anyone looking for a restful holiday.

It is a great location opposite a bush reserve with pleasant easy hiking trails yet walking distance into town. We had some email dialogue with the property manager just prior to and during our stay and they were very responsive and helpful. It was our second stay and we would be keen to return.

A beautiful home where all family is welcome
My husband and I booked Banyandah for our 4 year wedding anniversary. It was just as two and our fur child Buddy. It was the perfect getaway where we could spend quality time together and the backyard was genuinely dog friendly with the property being fully fenced and lots of space.
