Absolutely loved our stay at À La Plage! The home is beautifully styled, immaculately clean and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect – an easy walk to Gnarabup Beach and White Elephant Café, while still feeling peaceful and private. The hosts were wonderful and made everything so easy. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Margaret River region!

The airbnb was great! Despite coming right before a big storm, the hosts were very onto it and gave us a heads up in case the power went out or if there were any leaks. The kitchen was very well stocked equipment wise and the cooking knives were sharp as well! (hard to find that in some airbnbs). The host was very proactive and we couldn't ask for anything else better. We loved that the place came with a wood fire and to our surprise the first fire was set up by the hosts!! (the small details!) Definitely recommend!

Great Airbnb for a big group of adults — plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, and the place was spotless on arrival.<br/>We especially loved the fireplace for cozy nights in, and the quiet location made it feel really relaxing. The bikes were a great bonus for getting around, and there was plenty of parking for multiple cars.<br/>Our only minor qualm is that the property is starting to show a bit of age and wear in places (some chipped paint, etc). Overall though, it didn’t take away from a really enjoyable stay — we’d all happily come back. <br/>Thanks for having us :)

Great stay with friends

Good location close to the beach. Comfy beds with a good layout for two families. Excellent kitchen and games area in the garage for the kids. The property has one bedroom on the ground level with entry stairs, the remainder is on the first floor with a tv room on the second floor. This is challenging for getting bags/supplies in but not the end of the world

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for two large families. Two seperate living spaces meant the adults could enjoy some time to ourselves. The quality of the linen and towels was excellent and the home was so comfortable due to the calibre of furniture used throughout. The pool was a highlight for the kids. The views were superb and we enjoyed a walk in the evenings to the flying fox. The kitchen exceeded our expectations in terms of being fully equipped to make our stay feel like an actual home away from home. The communication and instructions from the host was excellent. We will be back!

Thanks for the lovely stay in this spacious home in the heart of beautiful Gnarabup. Short drive to the beach with ample parking despite the summer season. Lovely small coastal town with a well equipped convenience store and the Margaret River township and ammenities a 15 min drive away. Comfortably fit two families. Kids loved the heated pool. Adults loved watching the sun set over the ocean from the third floor balcony.

Here’s the updated version with those notes added in a balanced, constructive way:<br/>⸻<br/>Overall, we had a lovely stay. The house is close to the beach, so we enjoyed cycling there in the mornings. The pool and living area were great spaces to relax, and the ping pong and foosball tables were a fun bonus. We had a packed schedule for the wine festival and wished we had more time to chill at the house—we didn’t even get to use the top-floor living area!<br/>One thing to note is that one of the rooms (upper floor next to the stairway) seems to have a metal roof and is more exposed to the elements, so it can get quite noisy when it rains. The stairway can also be loud and disruptive to the person sleeping in that room if people walk up and down the stairs, especially in the morning.<br/>The host was incredibly kind and even gifted us a bottle of LS Merchants wine, which was one of the wineries we planned to visit on our trip.<br/>Highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had an amazing stay at House Down South at Gnarabup to celebrate my 60th birthday. The accommodation was perfect for my whole family to enjoy their own space, yet have a wonderful central area to come together. We were able to use the deck and the pool to relax in the afternoon and the kitchen to cook up a lovely family dinner. I especially loved the chairs in the main living area where I would have my morning coffee. As we had my 9 month old grandson with us, it was also a huge (safe) area for him to crawl around under our watchful eyes. Thank you for allowing us to experience your beautiful, clean, modern and delightful home.

I just got back from an amazing stay at a beautiful Airbnb in Margaret River. The house was perfect for our large group of adults, with a massive living space that was great for hanging out together. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, making it easy to cook for everyone. We especially loved sitting by the fire and just enjoying the cozy atmosphere.<br/>The location was also fantastic. We were close to both the beach and the town of Margaret River, so there was plenty to do. On top of all that, the host was super friendly and supportive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend away. This house truly had it all! I would absolutely recommend this place.

Incredibly peaceful & stunning surroundings! Close to everything but also far enough to truly relax… house was super well equipped – lots of kitchen additions that made food prep simple & extra towels etc. Fave part was the sense of privacy & separate areas within the house – great for a connected family getaway! x
