House was very comfortable with beautiful location near the river. Forest walks on the doorstep. A bit further to centre of town than we thought but very well equipped. The wood fire was fantastic and set up for us. Could easily sleep 8 with plenty crockery, pans etc.

The house is fabulous and beautiful. <br/>We loved the stay and the team was overall quite helpful. <br/>Just to take note that not all the rooms has central heater system so can be a bit cold in winter, however we found portable heater to solve it. <br/>Another thing is that the house is directly attached to another rental unit and does not have a fully entire fence area.

We were lucky enough to get a last minute booking at Abundance over the long weekend. The location, while only a 5 minute drive from Margaret River town centre feels like a world away when enjoying the home or sitting on the back deck enjoying the river and wildlife. The house had all the amenities you could want and the included pantry supplies and toiletry supplies were a lovely addition. The teenager particularly loved the teenage retreat upstairs. The icing on the cake though was the 5 star communication from start to finish. The inclusion of an electronic guide book that set out so much information about the house and surrounds was the first I’ve ever had and was a brilliant touch. I know that I was slightly curious about the adjoining Aroha property but honestly didn’t need to be. We saw those guests once and didn’t otherwise have any crossover. A really fantastic family getaway that exceeded our expectations and looking forward to booking again. Thanks.

Host was very welcoming, lots of information about arrival given early. House was beautiful. Lovely wine & fresh flowers in kitchen on arrival. 20 minute walk into town. Taxis in Margaret river are non existent only 1 or 2 so it’s a dark walk home however that’s no slight on the house at all. Would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to come back to Australia. Thank you team Abundance.

We had the most wonderful stay at Abundance in Margaret River. The large modern house was immaculate on all levels. Spotless, lovely bedrooms, great bathrooms, beautiful views and a fabulous deck overlooking the native garden. It is stunning.

Fabulous home to stay in while visiting Margaret River. Approx 20 min walk to main shopping strip and easy to get taxi home after dinner. Great to relax on the veranda after a day out touring surrounded by beautiful bush with the occasional visiting parrots.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The view was amazing, you felt like you were in the middle of the bush. The house had all you needed. The flowers and the bottle of wine were a lovely warm welcome. We appreciated that someone had come in a started the heater so we arrived to a lovely warm house on such a wet and damp day.

It was a beautiful home in a beautiful location. The kids loved feeding the local birds on the back deck. It suited our party of 7 very with plenty of space. It does say in the fine print there is a separate studio attached to the property which is also rented out, but I didn't think this was very clear when booking as it's advertised as a private tranquil space – it was easy to miss if you tend to skim the details like I do. It wasn't an issue for us, just unexpected. The only negative in my view was for the price and quality, I would have expected shampoo and conditioner to be included in the amenities. There also wasn't a lot of firewood for the indoor fire, I didn't reach out and ask the hosts, but if visiting in winter and you're wanting more or longer fires, the amount provided wouldn't be sufficient. I would imagine sourcing local firewood being a pain when you're on holiday. Outside of that, it's a beautiful home and was a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for having us!

​We had a wonderful stay at Jarrods place! Traveling with a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 teenage children), we found it to be incredibly spacious and comfortable—the rooms and lounge space were great. The home was well-stocked with every amenity we could need. The location is a huge plus; we especially loved the backyard entrance that leads right out to the walking trails along the river. A fantastic, spacious, and comfortable home base for a group!

We had a wonderful stay at this house down South Abundance Airbnb in Margaret River. The house is peaceful, clean, and very well-maintained also perfect for a relaxing getaway. All the amenities we needed were provided, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The location is quiet yet still close to everything in town. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s definitely worth the money and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Myself and 5 friends just enjoyed two nights at Abundance in Margaret River. Ideally located a short drive and walk from Margaret River this property is cleverly designed to also make you feel like you are nestled in the peaceful bush surrounds overlooking the River. The home is very well equipped with top end furnishings throughout. Very neat and clean with everything you require for your stay. Log fire was a treat with the cooler conditions. Easy to find with off street parking for two cars. Communication was prompt and friendly, all instructions were clear. Would highly recommend.

The most pleasing aspect was the property was as adveritsed. Expected high end finishes and furnishing and was not disappointed. Love loved loved the kitchen and the applicances. Fireplace was a beast and heated up the massive living space efficiently.<br/>Favourite spot was on the lovely back deck, overlooking the river, sampling one of our pruchases after a long day wine tasting in th region. The bird feed was a great touch and emjoyed ahve a chat with the locals (birds) and enjoying the sunset. Special!<br/>Well set up for a big crowd, need to bring back abigger crew next ime to fill the place out. Would like to come back.

Such a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Sat on the deck watching and listening to the birds so much, having a bbq and just enjoying the forest. The proximity to the river and the trails was amazing. Went for a bunch of walks and sat out on the bridge at night under the stars. The indoor space is pristine as well. Such great finishings, great showers and towels, amazing beds and pillows, great kitchen, fireplace, and so many wonderful little touches (including all the kitchen supplies you need). Our daughter fell in love with the couch and wants to buy the same one. Great communication and support from the host as well, including local dining, etc. So close to town, but so peaceful, and just a short drive to the best beaches on the planet. What else can you ask for? To come back again soon, that's what.

The place was everything described and even more so. I did not realize how close is the Margaret River is to the house. You can literally see the river from the living room. The canoe was a special experience. We took turns gliding down the river in the canoe! All in all, best decision it was to stay at the place. Such healing and peace, I will never forget it.
