Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a queen bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 feature two single beds. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.

We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
– How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.

I have used Airbnbs for most of my travels since it was launched. House Down South is definitely one of my top 3 and I have gone through more than a 100 locations. Just incredibly awesome. A huge house that accomodated all 7 of us (incl 2 grand kids). Just lovely to chill and relax when the weather wasn't too accomodating. Would definitely stay here again.

My and my friends had the best time here, we felt right at home! Very safe area that’s of walkable distance to the bakeries, shops and other amenities! Highly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home in a clean and cozy environment, especially in the cold winters with the heaters and fire place! If we are ever back down, we will be booking again!

We had a fantastic stay! The house is spacious, very well equipped, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality time, there’s plenty of entertainment as well. Everything was spotless, and the bed linen and towels were super clean and fresh, which for me makes a big difference and really reflects how much the hosts care. The location is also ideal, close enough to town for convenience, yet far enough to enjoy peace, quiet, and the sounds of nature. We absolutely loved feeding the birds that would visit the garden — such a special touch! Nothing, everything was amazing

Great location with a lot of accessories, games for the kids. very big backyard/garden with a trampoline, basketball practice area. <br/>However, the place a little dusty and some of the board games have missing pieces, one of the chairs for kids were broken but placed back under the table (both not the owner's fault, probably caused by previous tenant).<br/>luckily my girls wasn't injured when the chair given way.<br/>otherwise, this is a ln amazing accomodation with a lot of places for family with kids. <br/>Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious house, which was perfect for our group of 8. There’s so much to enjoy, from the trampoline and board games to the fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and games in the shed. The interior is cosy and welcoming, truly a home away from home. The house is surrounded by lush plants and blooming flowers, attracting many visiting birds, which made the stay even more delightful. It’s also just a quick drive to the supermarket. We arrived late and had some difficulty locating the house due to the darkness. A visible, well-lit sign pointing to the property would make arrivals much easier.

We absolutely loved our long weekend away at Hermitage House. As a group with young kiddos, there was plenty of room and toys to keep everyone out from under each other’s toes and entertained! Highly recommend staying here if you are after easy, cozy (but huge house!!), convenient accommodation in the heart of Margaret river. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic place for family holiday.
Great big house with everything you would need for a great holiday. Great location, beautiful gardens and the house is stocked with all the things to have dinner, bbq etc. Washing machine, full games shed etc. The only improvement I would say is perhaps the replacement of shower heads. We loved everything else.

Our daughters and their young families had a delightful and very comfortable stay, thank you. The house has plenty of space and a lovely big kitchen and a homely feel. Very kid friendly with an enormous backyard with a trampoline and monkey bars. Perfect for them. The adults enjoyed the large deck and table setting- perfect for BBQs and pizza nights !

We stayed with four adults and four kids, and our stay was really cool. Nice large well kept home with a big back yard for the kids to play in, as well as ample games and activities stored in the shed. The location is a 15 minute walk from the centre of town, so close enough to walk to the action but far away enough not to be too hectic. If you have young kids I highly recommend you give this hime a go.
