– What is the bedding configuration?
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
– What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
– How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
– Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
– Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot/highchair available upon request for a small fee.

Our family love staying at House Down South. The house is clean and tidy. We love the kitchen where we prepared our breakfast and dinner. I loved the laundry room. There is a washing machine and most importantly a dryer machine. We also enjoyed setting up the fire at the fireplace. The house has separate toilets and shower room. The place is also near to Woolworth too. Will come back again.

Very centrally located and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Comfortable furnishings, clean and well set up. Host communicated well with us. Backyard barbecue. Clean and modern bathrooms Undercover parking Air conditioned as well as fire with wood cut and provided. We were unable to get the TV to work. We asked the host for instructions which were quickly provided but even using these the TV wouldn't work.

Fabulous facilities right in the town of Margaret River, waking distance to everything in the main street but in a quiet enough street not to be disturbed. Easy walk to the bakery for coffee and treats for breakfast. <br/>The fire was set for us on arrival which was a lovely welcoming gesture.

Margaret River getaway
Location is perfect to roam around Margaret River on foot. The house has large living areas, kitchen well stocked with cooking appliances etc. Bedrooms are good size, beds and pillows are comfy. Fireplace was set and ready for lighting, just wasn't quite cold enough to waste the wood but it would have been a feature in the Winter. Nothing to not like

We had such a wonderful stay at Stones Throw. It had everything you would want and we felt right at home. It was the perfect home away from home. We were so comfortable there. It was walking distance to everywhere in the centre of town which was great for us. We will definitely be staying again.

We loved our stay in Margaret river . The location was perfect for us . We could walk to everything we needed in the town centre and the walking / biking trails were on our doorstep . The beds provided the best sleep away from home that we have ever had and I was pleasantly surprised to have ceiling fans . <br/>The hosts were fantastic with communication.

We had a lovely stay at stone's throw, without a doubt one of the best qualities about the home was the superb location. We could easily walk to the Margaret river bakery and the Woolies and Coles were close by. Steve and his team kept in touch with us very promptly and the process was very easy to follow (: We had a group of six so the 2.5 bathrooms were really appreciated and nicely kept. Only thing which was a little confusing was the recycling/bin situation but overall a great stay.

Location is absolutely fantastic and walking distance to everything on the main strip.<br/>The free standing bath is absolutely amazing to soak in with a nice glass of wine and the backyard is a perfect place to relax.<br/>Steve and Tina had put the air-conditioning on prior to our arrival, this was a great surprise as we opened the front door. We could instantly relax.<br/>We will definitely be back here again.
