Aroha studio did not disappoint. Spacious and tastefully furnished with both a good size kitchen and bathroom. In a quiet cul-de-sac sac .Walking paths are just outside the back gate with the sound of water flowing can be heard from the back veranda. Communication with host was welcoming and clear for arrival and departure. Definitely would stay again.

We would stay there again as it was located in a nice area and very tranquil by the river.

The garden was beautiful and a haven for birds. The gate leading down to the river was handy. We enjoyed the wood fire. We could not get the split system heater to work. Even with it set to 30 degrees and heat mode it was cold. After day three we opened it up and cleaned the filters which were completely blocked. We had heat coming from it after that.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our third anniversary and enjoyed every moment! The location is beautiful, and the river and walking trail are just a few seconds’ walk away. We truly loved our experience and will definitely come back again

We loved this location, very private and cozy. The tranquility of the surroundings were gorgeous and we loved how close we were to local walking trails and the river. <br/>We also really liked the fireplace and kitchen amenities- hosts even provided us with a bottle of wine to share. Would recommend.

a little gem of a place

The location – nestled in the woods meant we could sit on the deck and watch parrots, doves etc play, eat and squabble plus go for lovely walks along the river and enjoy the peace. Really nicely laid out room with good facilities. And whilst it was 'near the forest' it was easy to walk into Margaret River so going to restaurants was straightforward. hard to think about anything.

A lovely studio in a stunning, peaceful location next to the river. The space was very clean, tidy, and thoughtfully set up, making our stay extremely comfortable. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings of Margaret River. We would happily stay there again. The Aroha House was very clean, well maintained. The balcony had beautiful landscaping it made it very private and lead down to a gate to walking trails in the forest. I highly recommend this place for nature lovers.

Beautiful area. Property was very clean. Coffee was provided as well as a coffee maker. We had so much trouble trying to open the lock box to access the keys. Eventually it sprung open!

Great location- close to walking paths and river and quick drive into town. Comfy, clean apartment with lovely garden views. Be aware that the vendor will seek a bond before the stay. I had some issues with WiFi on site.

One of the best properties we've ever stayed at

Idyllic location set in bush on the banks of Margaret River with abundant birdlife, with bush tracks through the reserve on the opposite side.. 15 minute walk from the township via a handy direct shortcut from back entrance into Rendall Close avoiding The Boulevard loop & additional 900m walk . Everything – well equiped, private, very comfortable !!

Beautiful location and outlook. We loved going for walks along the river – so easy to access from the apartment. Close to Margaret River town. Beautiful bottle of local wine there on arrival. Ran out of kindling for the wood fire and it wasn't replaced.

The location is fantastic. Close enough to town, and right on the river and all the walking tracks. Being in the unit was like living in the bush – so quiet and private. The fire was brilliant, and one of the main reasons why we booked Aroha in the first place.

A fantastic little find!!

This place was absolutely amazing!! So spacious, the bed was super comfortable, close to everything, peaceful and quiet. The fire was so beautiful with so much of everything needed to light it and keep the place warm. Not knowing the area, if I went there again, I wouldn’t even look around, I would just book the same accommodation again. The only negative and it’s so small it’s probably not even worth mentioning. I wanted to make a Cup of tea on arrival, and there was no milk. That was the only negative for a 5 night stay.

I’m so happy we found this place! It was perfect for our needs, location was beautiful- peaceful and relaxing but within walking distance of the shops of restaurants of Margaret River (which were all fabulous!<br/>The little garden is particularly stunning with amazing wildlife to see. We loved being able to access the river from the back gate too. <br/>This place will hold particular significance for us as we got engaged on this trip! Definitely a place we plan to come back to and would recommend it to anyone. <br/>Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

We had the.most amazing time staying here. The house was very clean and tidy the bed was so comfortable but by far my favourite part was how secluded it felt. With the river right behind the house and plenty of walking trails it was so peaceful. We felt very relaxed and at home and would love to go back one day. Our hosts were great and kept us in the loop with anything we needed to know. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed and we really cant recommend it enough. So if you are looking for a little getaway with your loved one or just need to unwind this is the place for you 10/10

A great little studio in a peaceful location! That said, it's actually quite spacious for a studio. The paths along the river directly behind are great for a walk and an easy walk into town. Best of all, the bed is one of the best I've ever slept in! Would highly recommend for a peaceful stay in Margaret River.

What an idyllic location nestled right on the beautiful Margaret River, which was at full flow, you can hear the soothing sound of cascading water as you sit on the back verandah interacting with the native birdlife. The wood fire was prepared ready to light on arrival as requested, a beautiful touch! The nature walk along the river was also stunning.
