One bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two single beds. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
– What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
– How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
– Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
– Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot is provided for free and a highchair available upon request for a small fee.
– Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.

Onsite secure parking is available to guests (private garage – remote access).

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and features an ensuite, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 are situated on the second floor.

The property is wonderfully located. Walking distance to restaurants & activities, yet peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the BBQs in the back patio. House is spacious and spaces are comfortable. <br/>Check in and Check out were easy and smooth.

Great central location. Easy walk to town. Quiet location. Really comfortable beds. Well equipped. 2 sitting areas but only used one! Good bbq & outdoor table & chairs. Big bath towels & nice shower gels & soap. Layout suited our 3 generation family group! 2 parking spaces. Good communication with owners. Nothing we didn’t like.

The ‘House Down South’ is in a super convenient location. Within walking distance to the Main Street, cafes, restaurants and cycle way. The house is spacious with a large kitchen, dinning area and two lounge rooms. The beds were comfortable and the house was lovely and clean. The furniture and artwork was a little tired and dated but it doesn’t affect the comfort of the stay.

Fantastic accomodation!! Perfect location for us, short walking distance to shops, restaurants, the river, Karri forest and perfect for riding out to the Wooditjup MTB trails.

Was perfect for celebrating our sons 18th birthday, catered for 5 adults with plenty of comfort.
Accommodation was very neat and clean, great location. Walking distance to town, shopping, bonus to have the bakery 2 minutes walk via the lane way.

Extremely good communication and instructions from Host. Townhouse beautifully presented with great amenities and extras provided. Upstairs lounge area so good as private work area. Able to walk to restaurants and shops through back gate. As I was also travelling with elderly parents, even though there was a very strong handrail over bath/shower combo in ensuite downstairs, I would definitely recommend a non slip shower mat. To use the walk in shower upstairs was quite difficult too as there is no rail on the stairwell which is quite steep. If your mobility is great then I highly recommend this stay.

Large living area and huge range of kitchen utensils e.g. water filter jug and day to day tools, e.g. torch. Good dishwasher and washing machine. The only toilet downstairs is in the en-suite of the main bedroom (and similarly upstairs) Had to check booking details for vehicle security gate pin code when the house pin code (obviously) didn't work. PIN code disappeared on the booking details once past the check-in date, so luckily we hadn't changed it and were able to replace the key in it when we left.

Would totally recommend this property. As it is extremely clean and well presented.
We cooked Most of our meals ourselves. Kitchen facilities were absolutely excellent. Everything you need is was provided. there was also plenty of options outside the property in the local area. The only one negative we can think of is that the stairs in our opinion should have a handrail.

Townhouse 212 is a great apartment with every amenity you could imagine needing in a lovely peaceful location, close to town and the river. We had an excellent week away here hiking the Cape to Cape during the day and coming back to this lovely townhouse to relax in the evenings. The kitchen had every kind of cup, bowl, plate, utensil etc… you could possibly need and the lounge rooms were both super comfortable. The location is perfect for easy access to restaurants at the river end of town with Swings and Roundabouts practically at the back gate entrance to the property! It’s also close to the trail along the river and is a very quiet location. Thanks for a great stay!

Modern, clean, and super convent townhouse in a quiet street — just a block away from all the shops, pubs, and restaurants in the heart of Margaret River. The house was very well equipped, and served as a perfect base to explore all the beaches, wineries, and galleries in the Margaret River area. <br/>We’ll be looking for reservations in this townhouse on future visits.

Absolutely excellent accommodation. Very clean, with plenty of space and all the amenities you could need. The hosts keep it well stocked with tea and coffee, dish washing liquid, pantry items such as olive oil/salt/pepper. It was also in a fantastic location- within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The check in process was smooth and allowed us to arrive at our leisure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
