Enjoy a morning coffee or evening wine by the pot belly fireplace staring at the mesmerising views or chill out in summer with the reverse cycle air conditioning. Air conditioners are located in the living and 2 bedrooms although designed to heat and cool the whole house.

Highlander is a very spacious and practical house with its striking Marri floors, total of 3 new televisions, soundbar, massive second living/ entertainment area, parking for over 4 cars and two outdoor living areas too.

As new king bed, walk in robe, massive bathroom with separate spa bath, 2 queen rooms and a single room all with built in robes. Quality white linen and towels provided.

There is a great big BBQ, timber outdoor dining and fenced grassed area perfect for the kids. There is also a second central deck with lounges and both areas are undercover so perfect for summer and winter.

Location is ideal as you are within a walking distance to the Margaret River, plenty of walking trails and town centre is about a 2 to 3 minute drive or about a half hour walk.
